Cuteness, Slow Dancing, and fun in the Kitchen

I have always been obsessed with how cute I think Kanyon is from behind. I just love the his back and the back of his little skinny preemie head with those Spencer ears sticking out. So, I wanted a picture of it. I got Doodle to take a few with her good camera. This one was my favorite!! I just think it is about the best thing in the world. This was in September...I didn't make him sit outside in his diaper in the winter!

Auntie Ali came over the other night in Dallas and Kanyon was VERY excited to see her. He was so funny, he reached for her and layed on her shoulder then would look up and smile at her. He must've missed her!! I snapped a picture and not only is he funny with his grown up "cheese" smile, but it looks like they're slow dancing! Maybe they were......boys 2 men was playing in the background (jk no b2m!)
These are some picture I've taken the last week or so of him entertaining himself while I work in the kitchen. He still really loves the dish washer (more than the toys and lid that I offered him that you see being ignored in the background). This is one of my new favorite pictures. Its just SOOOO him. Everything from his bent left leg to his baggy- I just woke up- bags under his eyes not to mention the top lip and bally chin. Oh man, i love it! I realize that I'm his mom, so I don't expect all of you to be as taken by this as I am.

Another kitchen fav...the chairs.

wiping his snot...

He's been getting himself into some pickles lately. Here is on of his latest...I usually let him get himself out of it, but I had to intervene on this one. After i snapped a picture.

Here's a step by step show down with Ollie....

Happy Monday!

I had so much to catch up on! Mary Nan never did crawl till way after she walked, but she could scoot on her bottom anywhere she wanted to go--always funny to watch to me. Your party invitations are so cute--Mrs. Phillips did good on those! I know what you mean about missing that part of your personality--mine came back alive when we started homeschooling (not a plug, just a fact). About antennas, we, too, got narry a channel with the converter box till Shad got an attic antenna from Radio Shack, I think. It's pretty big, and now we get 15, yes 15 channels! We're up from 3, and those were sometimes too fuzzy to watch. Now the picture is soooo clear.
