Day 29

Not much new news tonight (last time I said that, I was writing again in an hour with lots of news, but this time I think its gonna last til tomorrow at least). They started his heart medicine at about 5:00 this afternoon . They'll give it again at 5am and then tomorrow evening at 5pm. Then we wait maybe a day or two to see if it worked. His heart rate and oxygen levels were good tonight and he was sleeping so good. He would squirm a little and raise his bottom in the air and roll his back...when I see him move like that, I know just what that feels like inside my tummy! He was moving constantly and now I think I know what he was doing in there! I think Kory and I both felt good in there tonight, very peaceful about what is going on. We'll all keep praying! Y'all are pros at this praying thing!

Kory, Jaymie, and Kanyon,

We are praying for you! We will pray for these specific things... Our God is so good, and it is so good to see sweet Kanyon in these photos you share.

You know God has plans to prosper you and it is my prayer that He is going to do that through Kanyon. I can't imagine the rollercoaster you are riding, but what we cannot do alone, God can!

Praise be to Him! May we not grow weary in our time before the throne for your family. We can rest in the fact that our God does not rest or grow weary!

love and blessings to you :)

We will keep the prayers going. I know you are getting tired and stressed from time to time. Just know that we love you and are praying for you daily.

Y'all are sure in our prayers, and we will continue to pray for each part of his little body to grow and develop and be healthy, but Mary Nan kinda surprised me last night with her own prayer for y'all. It was three-fold, and I'll share it in her own words as best I can remember:

First, that you, Jaymie, would get some money.

Second, that you would give Kanyon healthy food.

Third, that when he is older, you will give him fruity gum.

You see, every aspect of your lives are just covered in prayer! We love y'all! Robyn

Every day when I read your blog, whether news are good or not so good, I start crying. I cannot fathom the wide range of emotions you guys must be feeling, and being a mom, I cannot imagine what it must be like to see your little guy suffer. Know that we all pray for all of you every single day. For Kanyon to keep getting stronger of course, and for all these specific things Jaymie mentions. But also for the two of you and your respective families. That God would gracely give you hope, encouragement, and strength.
I want you to know that you guys are such a positive example for all of us. I admire your faith and your courage. Funny how God can turn things around and teach US a lesson through your ordeal...
Praying every day, several times a day...
Love bunches,
Anne K.

Just wanted to let you know that we are still praying for all your family. I check the blogs almost daily. We were gone for a while and it was good to see that things went well while we were away. Just know that we care and that we take your names before our great and wonderful God on a regular basis. Isn't it the coolest thing to all be a part of the family of God? Thanks for sharing this chapter of your lives with us and for giving us the honor to pray for you.

Jaymie, Kory, & Kanyon~
So glad to hear from you on here Jaymie (although thumbs up to Rachael, she did a fabulous job keep everyone updated). I haven't posted in several days but I check your blog site frequently. Jaymie I continue to pray for your family. I really can tell Kanyon is growing in the latest pics, and his skin looks fabulous! When I was giving Rylan (my 3 yr old) his bath earlier I couldn't help but think of yall, and thanked God for what miracles he does all the time. From creating life, to helping the tiniest of hearts beat, the littlest tummies digest, and so on. I so look forward to the day when I can run into yall in town, and little Kanyon will be running around with you and Kory just trying to keep up with him! God is great!

Much love, Elaine in Arizona where many continue to pray for you.

Kory & Jaymie,
Just wanted to let you know that you, your families, and little Kanyon continue to be in our prayers everyday. He sure is a mighty tough and, needless to say, a cute little guy! He has already come so far, and we know God will continue to be with him in his growth & through the ups and downs of this rollercoaster.
Love y'all,
Ryan & Lacey
